The goal of this 2-day hands-on workshop is for current or prospective users of Arm-based HPC systems to port their applications to such systems or to further optimize already ported applications. Expert introduction into current Arm-based hardware architectures and the Arm development ecosystem will be provided. Users are expected to come with their own code.

Access will be provided to several Arm-based systems:

  • ARMIDA (ARM Infrastructure for the Development of Applications) cluster, located at E4 Computer Engineering’s premises based on ThunderX2 processors
  • JUAWEI cluster, located at Jülich Supercomputing Centre based on Hi1616 processors
