About Intel2015 and MKL on MARCONI

Dear Users,
Last Friday communicated you about the Intel and Intelmpi 2015 modules on MARCONI ( http://www.hpc.cineca.it/center_news/marconi-news-intel-compiler-suite-2…). Some users have been asking about the correspondant MKL libraries that fit with this compiler suite.
While we have not installed a specific module, MKL libraries are contained inside the module “intel/pe-xe-2015–binary”. You can load the module and find the libraries inside the folder “$INTEL_HOME/mkl”.
 
For any other library or application that need to be compiled with Intel 15 and Intelmpi 5.0.3, you can install them in your local space and contact superc@cineca.it for assistance.
