Change for default permissions on CINECA filesystems

Dear users,
we inform you that due to security reasons, we decided to change default permissions on CINECA filesystems.
In detail:
 
$HOME and $CINECA_DATA now are full open only for User (700 or  -rwx—— ) 
$CINECA_SCRATCH now is full open for Users, readable and executable only, for Group members and Other (755 or -rwxr-xr-x) .
 
It’s under your control and responsibility to change these setting with chmod command.
