Changes in the LoadLeveler definition (FERMI)

Dear users, In order to give equal opportunities to all-sized jobs on FERMI, a new LL class, smallpar, has been defined for jobs sized 128 bgsize.
The global status is now:

Please note the UserGuide has not been updated yet. It will be as soon as the trial period will be over.
