GROMACS 4.5.3 and PLUMED 1.2.2

Dear HPC Users,
GROMACS 4.5.3 is now available on SP6: the standard package (in single and double precision) can be loaded typing “module load gromacs/4.5.3/std”.
A version of mdrun/mdrun_d patched with the plugin for metadynamics simulations PLUMED 1.2.2 is available as well: “module load gromacs/4.5.3/plumed-1.2.2”.
