Help Desk service on Xmas leave

Dear Users,
This is to inform you that the Help Desk service schedule for the Xmas leave will be as follows:

Dec 24th: Help Desk is open at a short time
Dec 25th and  Dec. 26th: closed
Dec 27th and Dec 28th: regular time
Dec 31st and Jan 1st: closed
Jan 2nd till Jan 4th: regular time
