Leonardo: setup of the DCGP partition and possible network instabilities

Dear Users,
in these days a heavy battery of tests started on Leonardo Data Centric/General Purpose partition, which will enter in production in the next few months.
The tests aim at assessing the new partition’s performances and stability, and require a massive tuning of the infiniband network, which is shared with the production booster partition. These operations may affect the overall functioning and performances of the network, and might also manifest as temporary node failures. We will update you on the evolving of the situation in the following days.
