Marconi100: NO use of hpc-sdk compilers on login nodes

Dear Users,
as already reported, a bug in the hpc-sdk compilers suite can induce a kernel panic with the crash of the node. The bug is currently under the analysis of IBM and NVIDIA. 
Until the problem is solved, we kindly ask you to NOT TO USE THE LOGIN NODES TO COMPILE YOUR CODES WHEN USING THE HPC-SDK SUITE.
We recommend instead to compile your codes on a compute node that you can take in exclusive mode with interactive jobs; you can also use the debug QOS (m100_qos_dbg on the m100_usr_prod, m100_qos_fuadbg on the m100_fua_prod) for a higher priority job.
