Marconi100: power capping and performance loss on Sunday, July 3rd

Dear Users,
we have been informed that a final national electricity external operation is needed and it has been scheduled on Sunday, July 3rd, requesting us again  a reduction in the overall power consumption for M100 cluster as for the previous events. To stay below the requested power load, on Sunday a portion of M100 nodes will be shut down and the power capping will be enforced on the GPU of the rest of the cluster. The operations are expected to start at 7.30am and to finish at around 17:00. The power reduction will apply for the entire duration of the operations. In this time range you may experience longer queueing times and some performance losses for GPU intensive applications, but no jobs will be killed.
