Technical issues on CLOUD service

Dear Users,
We are currently experiencing some technical issues that prevent the access to the VMs via ssh and the hang/failure of VM reboot and build operations. We are working to recover the CLOUD functionality as soon as possible. A new communication will be sent when the service will be back to production.
