A measurement of the impact on scientific community from the usage of Cineca resources may be reflected from the number of scientific articles acknowledging Cineca and how much they are cited.

Here we report some statistics of these articles.
In 2025 there has been 894 new publications with Cineca acknowledgment.
The 7,941 Papers published in the period 2008-2025 has been cited a total of 28,884 times.

The following figure shows the scientific domains of the publications in the period 2008-2025 (each paper may be assigned to multiple domains). Physics and Chemistry are the most present.

Nationality of authors organizations (top 10)

As the number of our users are for the largest part Italian, also the authors of the papers are for the main part member of Italian organizations, but there are many authors with non Italian affiliation. This confirms the importance of Cineca for Italian institutes and universities but also its important impact also at the international level.
